Has anyone made 32-20 brass from 7.62 Nagant? 32-20 brass is impossible to find right now.
You can make it from 25-20 brass if that is easier

The Nagant case looks easy to form, and there is some brass available. 25-20, 32-20 brass is nowhere to be had right now? Found factory Black Hills 32-20 115gr for $50/50rnds, at LGS. With today's shortages etc, really not that bad of a price.
I bought a box of Remington 115's for $40 or $45

eight years ago so $50 doesn't sound bad.

An original Colt Bisley and a Martini .310 Cadet that was rechambered for the .32 WCF. But you have to shortern the brass and use a heel bullet of the correct .321". But I can use those to load slightly short .32-20 (.311") also, using inside neck seat, normal projectiles.
The brass is not super strong like some modern cases and if you just back off slightly it will last lots, lots, longer. The only thing worse than paying $0.50 a case is mashing one before getting much use from it. Ditto for .22 Hornet, and .218 BEE (also made from .25-20). If you need magnum performance just use one. Enjoy the old lovelies for what they are. Sure you can juice them up and bit, but back off with rounded primers and no cratering around the firing pin dent. I get loose pockets with Hornets and case separations or bright rings at the web sometimes with others. Making Nagants from .32-20 I got some neck splits upon firing. Annealing might have helped there.
