We are a little north of Sulphur springs tx ,having to put out feed and hay, just brought another 50 cow calf pairs from the ranch by broken bow ok yesterday to wean. But this rain should really help the grass ,hay is getting real expensive. But God will take care of us. Expecting more rain for a couple of days
Yes .. I have been following your adventures.

My wife and I returned south last Friday. We were delayed in Houston due to the storm coming through. Four hours on the runway. BUT we didn't end up with such a long layover in Panama so it was win/win - win for us not kicking around the airport so long and win for the folks praying for rain. As we traveled around the western states we saw a lot of variance. Some places, like Utah along I70, didn't have enough grass to keep a jackrabbit alive. Then we were on a friends place up in NW CO where it was the greenest I've ever seen it this time of year. I helped mow and rake hay and he should be set for this year, unlike last year's drought which left him having to buy hay as well.
Anyway, glad to hear you're getting moisture. City folk don't really understand what that means to a farmer or rancher.
