It was very satisfying to be able to hunt this Africa trip using just the FA83 in 454. A bit more of a challenge using a revolver and not single shots with better effective range. I believe that all the animals taken by the Handgun Hunters here, are great quality critters. Now I’ve got a couple days to relax in camp, before the arduous trip back to the States.

Great looking trophy!

inch 454 for the brake addition, make it 8" plus, we can call it the Micheal edition, kills anything on the Dark Continent, what do you think ?

That's the law now. Revolvers have to be

8" or longer. They say with a scope but they don't enforce that part. Michael's 454 was 8" with brake and scoped. My 510 GNR was also 8" with brake, but no scope.
