test firing the next day or so. Over the weekend I broke a toggle bolt that holds part of the RCBS Ammo Master press together. I just called them and as usual the lady said "no charge". I have had that press at least 10 or 12 years and have run literally many thousands of rounds thru it and they still have a full warranty on it. I load most of our straight wall cartridges thru my 8 Dillon 550 presses but I use the RCBS for the large calibers or those that need a lot of torque to resize so I was more than willing to pay for these parts but the lady said no charge and no charge for the shipping either.
It's nice to see a company that still stands behind their product like RCBS.

I don’t know If I’ll ever need parts to my Rock Chucker pres

I called them about my electronic scale I bought from them 20-some years ago. They told me they no longer have that model and haven't for some time, but they also told me what I needed to do to calibrate it properly. A few days later I received a letter from them with the owners manual for that old thing. I love doing business with them.
