It may be too late for you to change your mind...

My shoulders have been diagnosed as being ready for shoulder surgery several years ago. About 7 or 8 years ago I had stem cell injections on my right shoulder. before that I could not raise my arm above my shoulder level. After a couple months I had full motion. I still have difficulty doing "pushups" but I'm too heavy to do them anyway...

Then, my left should started to bother me. I waited until it was a problem and then had stem cell injections in that shoulder. It took longer after injections before I regained full motion but I know have no pain or problems with my shoulders.

I'm a strong skeptic regarding medical issues. But I'm now a proponent of stem cell injections. Like I said, it may be too late for you to do anything other than surgery but "next time" think about it.... stem cell injections can help you and you have no "down time" after surgery to consider.
