I'm not saying it ain't so, but you'd have to "show me" in person to believe it. That case in that revolver does not seem to have enough to produce the ballistics of a 400+ gr. bullet running 2400 fps. I think the physics don't add up with the capacity and burn rates at nominal pressures.

You'd have to abuse a 24" barrel .470 Nitro Express as to much increased pressures burning almost 150 gr. of rifle powder to get that ballistic. Factory ballistics are a 500 gr. at 2150 fps for the old British round. It's plenty brutal in a 10 lb. rifle too, much les a 5 lb. handgun.

For reference my hot .454 loads shooting a 395 gr. LBT are running at 1300 fps.
