They are listed as .41 checks in reality but I can use them for that too if they don't fit. MY .40's show a .382 "foot" and the checks are .379 I.D. I think they will pop on over the foot if I anneal them in a skillet first.
I plan on running them through a LEE .401 sizer before the Lyman 450 to lube. I get about 4-5% bullet shaving despite my selection of nose punch. It's quite confounding, but I really don't notice too much in pistol shooting. I could throw the lead back in the pot but that 5 cent gas check hurts a little.
