I've been very impressed with the Sig 365. Great sights, usable trigger, very compact, light weight, 10, 12, and 15 round magazines. I like mine so much that I'm planning on buying a second one...
My vote goes for the smith and wesson shield

carry gun, used by our military plus 80% of the cops in the country carry the Glock. It is also lightweight and easy to carry all day if necessary. If you should ever need repair Glock stands behind their guns completely. Some of the other guns are popular but the Glock is the only one that I know of that stands behind their product 100%. A couple of the others will stand behind it only if you call them a dozen times. Some of the others only will stand behind the gun if you send the gun to them and wait a year to get it back.
I wouldn't consider the H&K at all due to the items mentioned above. S&W takes forever to fix or replace the gun. The Kel Tec is good but parts should you ever need any are extremely hard to get. So, all the guns you mentioned are excellent guns but the Glock is the one I wouldn't mind betting my life on. Personal preference only and my humble opinion only.
Buy about 3-4 Taurus G2 or G3 compacts

Put them in the cars, shop, bedroom. Fantastic value and comes with extra mags, can stick a 500 lumen lights under them too.
My wife chose a SIG 365x but carry’s the Taurus or her S&W60 around the farm. The little Glock was one I tested and really liked too. I decided to carry .45’s for now. Glock 30s and PM45 Kahr (uses 1911 mag for back up) and of course custom 1911. I carry a Kahr P380 some too when I’m less serious.
When the Taurus G2C first came out, I was really

promoting it on here and in our gun shop. I had whole family's buying the little 9mm and the guns went out the door as quick as they came in. The Taurus has a great warranty too. I would place it in the same category as the Glock as far as dependability and value.
This is ours compared with M60 S&W

With the standard 12-shot mag it’s close to the same size. This is shown with the larger model’s 17-shot mag and the grip extender you slide onto the longer mag. Pretty cool trick. I kind of like the 1911 type left side safety too. Just feels more secure and snicks off instantly.
