Couple of guns just finished

Rick Evans sent in 2 guns to be worked on. One was a Super Blackhawk for the PPP and Mongolian stag grips. The second gun was what we would call the Tombstone Classic but he named it the Red Eagle. It is an old model Ruger Blackhawk 357 Magnum that he wanted a bunch of special work done to it, then a nice soft satin Black Chromex finish and brown laminated grips on our Tombstone Classic gripframe. We did an action job on it in the Positive Performance Package and added our interchangeable blade front sight with the gold bead blade. Add some engraving and it turned out to be a really nice little revolver.

This next one was a gun we got in an estate sale. It's a Uberti that was a bit rough around the edges so we did a bit of work on it to make it a special single action. Most of the work we did is cosmetic but we slicked it up inside and out also. We did not do the color case, but did the rest including dumping the old one piece grips and building a nice set of 2 piece burl grips. A really nice single action. This one may end up on our Christmas Sale.

We finished up several guns today and I should be able to show the rest tomorrow.
