Reeder Custom Guns - Typical OAL of 400 GNR

On typical, commercially available 200 gr 10mm bullets (e.g. XTP, etc) what OAL are you using for 400 GNR?

I'm looking at the manual, and the load data doesn't say what OAL was used.

there is no set OAL. I use 2.50 as my personal OAL when loading the 400 GNR. Also I use bullets made for the 38-40 that has a cannelure and just seat to the crimp. That also works fine for the 400 GNR. Try to use bullets that have a cannelure and just seat to that cannelure. None of the bullets I used during the developing of the cartridge went over 2.5" OAL.

Most 10mm bullets are short stubby bullets and in that case
