we are slowly catching up and instead of the 3 years we were behind we are catching up fairly well and any order coming in now should be in the 10 to 12 month time frame, which is our normal time frame. We still have quite a few guns that were in the 24 to 30 month time frame but they are being worked on a lot quicker than we have been.

I am still down to 3 full time guys including me and 2 part timers instead of 6 full time guys and one or two part timers. But we are putting in the extra hours needed and that is working out.

We are still behind on double action revolvers like the Redhawk, and GP-100s. I have a new series based on the Redhawk coming out in the next day or so that has been in the working stage for a good while. The good thing is this series will be based on calibers that the Redhawks can be rechambered to, this way I don't have to wait 3 years for parts to build complete double action cylinders. I still have several people waiting on parts to build their custom Redhawk but these parts are still way behind. For those folks I have made them a special offer to build them a special single action revolver based on our own standard or stretch frame in their favorite caliber. This is using their existing Redhawk as the deposit and anything they have paid down as money paid on this special single action revolver. And this way they are getting a $3000 gun and don't have to put out a large amount of money if any at all and can get their gun started right now, rather than waiting another year. If you have a Redhawk waiting on parts and haven't talked to me, get with me as soon as possible so we can get started on another very special custom revolver for you.

So things are looking up and if you have a work order for a custom revolver, go ahead and send it in. This way you are well up on the list of guns to be built. As always, if you have any questions, you know where I am. 928-527-4100.
