What ya think is going to go down with the arm brace thing?
I see the court already put a stay on the ruling until Feb. They are being sued by at least one organization. The arm brace is one of the most cool things to happen in my collecting all these years. I hate to see all these being declared SBR's. I have only two. I'm NOT paying a $200 tax fee, period. One I'd just add a 5.5" suppressor onto (pin and weld, or silver solder). I thought they used to have a provision for chemical weld, green or red Loc-tite, but I can find no modern "credible" reference. The other is a 9mm with a 4" barrel and can brake. I guess a $85 barrel could turn it into a legit. carbine. My factory AK has a two pined brake on it (no welding) and is only 15.5" without the 2.5" brake. Lots of what if's.
We certainly are getting an amped up attack on the 2nd amendment. We need to de-fund the ATF, Homeland Security, EPA, FBI etc. But the RINO's took care of that last month. They are already threatening anyone who dares to be a witness in any Biden investigation that may come. Maybe that will be a diversion, put it off longer.
What ever happened to that bump stock thing, in the end anyway?
