has been to Africa with me and been to the HHC a couple of times. The other is just a good friend. Both say the same thing, that things are going to change after Jan. 1st. The arm brace situation may end up in a grace period allowing you to buy a $5 stamp up until the 60 day period is over. After that you have to go thru the normal class 3 paperwork.
The part of that that I don't care for is if I fill out the paperwork to get the $5 stamp, then the feds will have all my info at hand should the law change down the road as it usually does. This is what Australia just went through, as did Canada. Just fill out the paperwork that you have the guns and we won't bother you. Then a year down the road they come and get them as now they know where the guns are.
As far as the bump stock situation is concerned, I have had a couple of other friends in the ATF tell me that the law passed congress but that Trump never signed the law.
So I don't fully know how that stands.
As soon as I hear more on this I will post it here.
