For some reason I have been missing Africa.

I am happy I can still be a part of the work there, even if from a distance. Of the places I have lived the mountains of Arizona and Mozambique, Africa are on the top of the list.

and Oracle, Arizona. I used to get up before sunrise and ride my horse to the top of the peak on the left and sit there watching the sun come up over the Galiuro mountains.

It was filmed in Africa and shows what Africa really looks like. It is a true story with a few additions here and there.

One of my favorite movies

It is an origin story to Yellowstone and so far is pretty good. One of the nephews went to Africa after WWI and is a professional hunter going after ma eaters. He carries a nice double rifle and shoots a lot of Lions, Leopard and a pissed off Bull Elephant that flips his car. Not bad and so far hasn’t brought in any tree hugger crap

Once you have been to Africa it is hard to get it out of

your system. I have been on 16 safaris in Africa and hope to be able to do one more safari there. There is nothing like it. I have hunted up on the Arctic Circle for caribou, hunted Australia for the big bulls and for the wild donkeys, hunted New Zealand for the Red Stags and Possums, hunted Canada for the bears, hunted Alaska for bears and other wild game, and so on. But none of these hunts equal one African safari. Colleen has the Africa bug too having been on several African safaris and hopefully she can do another hunt in April or May. Then if all goes well, I hope to do one more in early fall. If I can't make it, hopefully Kase can make it. I have several friends that want to go back to Africa, and maybe we can arrange it. Good Lord willing.
