Kase and I worked hard all day trying to clear out

some of this snow. Around 6 feet in the flats in our back yard. We tried to make a path for the dogs but it was way over a dogs head. They love the snow so it is hard keeping them out of it, even though it is way over their their heads. They are like porpoise with their heads coming up every few feet, then back under.
Kase and I missed the last 2 days in the shop trying to get this heavy snow under control but so far not much success. In 7 hours today we only managed to get the driveway cleared. Leaving this morning Colleen got her truck a bit out of the tracks we plowed and shoveled out and I thought the truck was going over. We got enough cleared to get in and out today but only if you stay in the tracks we plowed. The ground on either side is well over 5 feet deep. The wind blows across our driveway and keeps the snow level down considerably. The weather bureau has been forecasting 10 to 20 inches. What a bunch of idiots. We have a good 6 feet of snow right now and more coming.
Tomorrow is another day and hopefully we can get this mess under control as we have another storm coming late tomorrow night or early Friday.

Hang in there!

We still have a ton of snow to move before we can get in and out of our driveway. Here is the snow late Tuesday.

Kase and I shoveled snow and used the snow blower all day and made paths for the dogs to get off the back deck and out into the yard. The wind late yesterday ruined much of what we did.
