and keeps me updated on what the White House is doing that will get us in deep crap down the road had an idea for me. He made a small suggestion that I get all the members of my family and make sure they know how to function, fire and be good with the guns we have in the house. He seems to think Biden is going to get us in a bind that will take more than sweet talking and sharing an ice cream cone to get us out of. Colleen and Kase were both big into "combat" shooting back when we were in Florida. They both hunt and are familiar with the hunting guns we have here at home, but being this friend knows a lot more than I do I figure I will get them out when the snow dries up and the muddy forest roads also dry up. I figure it can't hurt to freshen up on the guns we have access to, and should be fun.

Sounds like a wise move .

Gary: There seems to be a lot plain old hatred between people. Of all the things that Biden did to this nation the worse I see is the spread of hatred. He has divided this nation to the point of heaven knows what. It seems like it is 1859 for a lack of a better term.

Isn't it odd that we have had some "mass shootings" that did not fit the narrative of a disgruntled white man with an AR but they actually fit a different one? Yet the WH and others are calling for more gun control.

The Connecticut governor Ned Lamont is now wanting to make a hi cap mag possession a felony as well as outlaw many more autoloaders right down to 22 lr. He claims they can be converted to an "assault weapon". WHat nonsense.

The US is now sending tanks to the Ukraine. Those are offensive weapons. This lunatic is pushing us closer to a nuclear exchange than anyone else before.

During the Cold War we worried about a crazy Russian leader or commander. I think we have to worry about our own crazy.

Illinois' new "Assault Weapons" ban includes 22lr too.
