a thin (semi-rimmed) .32 S&W Short. If it fits I'd agree it's not an original .32 Colt chamber. But unless it was some unique commonplace it should have a stepped chamber at either .32 S&W Short or .32 S&W Long case length. I cannot figure a simple ream job at the factory with common "chucking reamers" of straight configuration. But I'm open to about any theory these days.
