any custom work on S&W revolvers, only Redhawk. I will admit to not doing much rechambering and conversions on the S&Ws. It is not that I don't like them as I do, but they are not up to the strength level to convert to cartridges like the 454 Casull and such.
Some of my favorite handguns are S&Ws, mostly the model 29, 629, 57 and 657. And I do hunt with them, again not dangerous game as I can't load them up to Redhawk equivalent.
Here are a couple of my hunting S&Ws.
in the pic top to bottom in the left row
model 657 rare 7½" 41 GNR. model 629 44 Magnum,a pre model 29 44 Magnum.
In the right hand row, top to bottom..a model 17 in 22 LR, and Colleen's 4" model 29 in 44 Magnum.

Here’s a few pics of the Cat Hunter Prototype. 356GNR with a spare 357 Mag cylinder for light loads. My Uncle Ted got it originally, now passed to me. What a sweetheart to shoot.

Very Nice!

around (performance center). I know you won't make 'em for the wishing public in that cartridge but perhaps a 41GNR version would be a popular series.

if someone has one of the special 44 Magnum Performance

Center model 629 in 44 Magnum we can convert it to the 41 GNr, no problem. Like you mentioned I won't do one in 410 GNR as I have no control over what the person that owns the gun loads up for the gun. The 410 GNR is a very powerful cartridge and right on the verge of being too hot for a S&W, even with a 5 shot cylinder. I used it on a longhorn steer at one of the HHCs.
