A fellow called me to complain that I never did
any custom work on S&W revolvers, only Redhawk. I will admit to not doing much rechambering and conversions on the S&Ws. It is not that I don't like them as I do, but they are not up to the strength level to convert to cartridges like the 454 Casull and such.
Some of my favorite handguns are S&Ws, mostly the model 29, 629, 57 and 657. And I do hunt with them, again not dangerous game as I can't load them up to Redhawk equivalent.
