In late March, a Federal Judge in Texas denied a Preliminary Injunction request against the ATF Pistol Brace Rule.

A group of people filed a request with the court to stop ATF from enforcing the new arm brace rule BEFORE the case even goes to court.
The judge denied the request.
In the long run, it doesn't mean anything as the judge still needs to hear the case.
