We have some new critters!

Living on a ranch (I guess since we don’t “farm” much beyond blueberries and the garden) we have lots of animals. I bought (24) new chicks this spring. A dozen “blue Australorps”, some Italian white and black polka-dot game birds, and some “Easter eggers” that lay multi colored eggs. We eat lots of range eggs. Every year the old momma one-eyed African Goose lays a pile of eggs. This year five actually hatched! Cute little fuzzy boogers about six weeks old. Me and the drake have an equal animosity toward each other. I guess he picked me out as the authoritative aggressor to challenge. He was sizing me up when I took the photo! NOBODY will be sneaking up on us anytime soon! Then there are the goats, goats everywhere!
