I'm doing this on my phone, but in the right hand corner. There should be a green upload button. Press that and then it'll bring you to a screen that says choose file. As soon as you choose your picture and upload it, it should say Uploaded successfully.
And then you just press back back to the previous screen that. Where you can type your message and post reply.
