bears lately. With the hotter temps the bears are looking for water and are coming into housing areas. The one man was killed and eaten down in Prescott a while back and a couple of people have hauled their ashes back inside when bears have wandered into their yards. One big bear was seen walking down the street in Prescott Valley. This is not a single incident either. It is going on all across the country, probably near WB's house too..

Think this was posted last year, bear attacked

A rock climber. Wonder if he woke it up or if it had cubs nearby.

These were taken today at Concord, a small community just north of Searcy, north of the Antioch community, south east of Pangburn. It’s on the family hunting property. I was taught to look at the ears to size a bear. Small ears mean a big bear, larger ears (like these) reveal a younger and smaller one. It looks about my size, 5+ ft. and maybe 150 lbs or so?! My guess. It’s hot here but lots of food growing and water everywhere. Choke berries and muscadine, blackberries are all over. So are ticks, chiggers, and snakes!
