They can be blown out. There are some YouTube videos with different methods.
The 444Marlin cases are just a little short for 2.5 inch 410, but they do work.
Diamondkbrass.com has new Starline 444 Marlin, but they are out of stock on their used cases.
I do have a few of the 9.3x74R cases, if 3 inch will work for you, how many are you wanting?

you can also use .303 British. They are smaller in the web area but it can work. You don;t try to crimp them, it will cause cracks at the mouth. Use a thin card wad and hot glue for the end plug.

If any rifling is involved you sure need plastic cup wading to prevent leading.

For 3 inch .410 Brass use 9.3x74R from Graf&Sons

They are not perfect and take a bit to blow out but
