Apparently, the creature latches onto you and starts to grind away with its jaws. All the while excreting a toxin. That will most likely require a trip to the hospital where your skin will be opened up to allow your muscles to expand outward like a boiled hotdog.
The biggest reason for being bitten by those lizards seems to be people messing around with them.
