Good Afternoon all. I do hope the Sunday was good for you. The other day a friend called up from his gunshop and said I have something you may be interested in.

the MA barrels were made by S&W after buying TC. The MA barrels were not the best ever made and TC's quality went downhill during S&Ws ownership.

the tens of thousands of TC barrels and frames since the early 1970's that completely interchange just fine, to fathom it all. Then in this CNC age a new company takes over and totally screws the pooch, and puts out mis-matched crap that requires old school hand fitting to swap around. Ultimately ending in the closing of an iconic company and hampers an entire sport.

That takes special engineering and marketing to get it that wrong.
