It is a can of Dust Off. The nozzle supplied with this can there fits in the orifice of the nipple and can be used to make sure all the charge holes are open before loading. Squirting saves $0.50-$0.60. It can also be used to help remove the residue left behind by paper cartridges. Just place it in the charge hole and squirt air.
