I had a 75 or 80 of the pure lead 454190's and wanted to see how they worked. I don't think the 6 gr. of Green Dot did over 800 fps. The barrel stayed clean .. no leading. But accuracy was not consistent.
The Keith sWC on the other hand is pretty accurate with any powder charges I have tried. The ally with these is fairly hard and they can be pushed quite a lot faster. I don't need 'em running more than 900 fps and they are more accurate than I can shoot.
