Got in late last night. Draggin' ass today

Kase, Cat (his lady) and I were flying. Kase and Cat on Southwest and me on American. Robert, Tom and Tom's lady Anna are driving Colleen's big Van, loaded to the ceiling with guns , gear and meat. I shot a big Watusi bull and they said he ran a bit over 1600 lbs. 41 GNR as usual. Lotsa meat there. Robert shot a nice hog. Kase was interested in either a large Dall Sheep or a large Painted Desert ram. He saw plenty of them but none that got his attention. That is the problem with hunting as much as we do. Kase has been hunting since he was 10 and it takes a special critter to get his attention.

I should have pics a bit later as all my gear is in the van. A lot less hassle when you go thru all the TSA crap and standing in lines everywhere if you only have a very small amount of junk you are carrying around.
I was only there for one day but had a great hunt. Met a lot of new folks and gave away a LOT of odds and ends on door prizes. Everybody got something, most got 2 or 3 somethings.
My cameras are in my duffle which is in the van so I will have pics a bit later as they have not arrived yet from their 30 hour drive.
I thank everyone that ended up going to the HHC. You made my weekend with you being there. I got to meet a lot of folks that are on here just about every day and now am able to put faces to the names. The food was great as usual. The accommodations also great, as usual.
Good Lord willing, we will do it again.
