Saturday to hunt, but it turned out to be enough. We brought home around 350 lbs of meat. The bull was an old bull and I figured the steaks would be tuff, so I had the whole animal ground up into burger. Kase and I just went to the house and filled up 2 medium size freezers and part of a large freezer. When they ground up the meat and it filled up 2 large coolers and one standard size cooler, I told them to stop there as my coolers were full and for them to give the rest to whomever wanted some burger. So it worked out OK, even after all the SNAFUs.
