that reminded me to post a couple of pics of some other guns I really like. These are not brand new models but are excellent center fire and 22 LR and 22 Magnum rifles. I have handled several of each of these and recommend them highly. I am not a Savage salesman and I don't get paid to post this, just someone that has handled them and shot them a bit and knows the good and bad features if any. Just my humble opinion.
First is the Savage Axis 2 -XP in 308. This is a very nice 308 and the action is slick and the trigger smooth. The finish is as good as guns 2 to 3 times the price.

Next is the same gun, the Savage Axis 2-XP in 223. A great little varmint rifle for the man that doesn't get a chance to get out much and shoot prairie dogs or ground hogs. The action is smooth and the trigger adjustable and the camo is nice looking.

This is the Savage B-22 22 Magnum
This is a neat little 22 Magnum. Bolt action, compact with a good adjustable trigger. I am a 22 Magnum fan and this is a
really nice little compact rifle. ![[image]](images/uploaded/20231106222113654966d9af26c.jpg)

I like it. Nuff said.
Ruger has had the 10-22 out for decades. They have been so common in every store, including Walmart, and K-Mart that I never pay any attention to them, even when they are in our gun shop. This model is different. And again this is not a new model but it is fairly new and different enough for me to pay attention to it when I see it sitting on our rifle rack. It is the little 10-22 carbine. It is short and compact and a great little woods gun for small game. It has a black nylon stock so no worry about scratching up a nice walnut stock. They are accurate and with a little compact scope sitting on top of it makes a great small game hunting rifle. Again, I like it.
