It can back out under recoil sometimes and it acts like that. Also unload one cylinder at a time to see if it is any single chamber. Proud primers or some odd thickness of different lots of brass etc. It's hard to say not being there.
Try those and lets see.
They market a "HD" cylinder retention assy. spring. It sure can't hurt shooting a .475! It's only a couple bucks.
