History lesson

Last night at the bar, I ran into this really snooty Frenchman.
He was bad-mouthing Americans about how little important world history we knew.
And he told me I probably didn’t even know who won the first Tour De France.

Apparently, “7th Panzer Division” is not the correct answer.
