Another one I need to get out and unlimber this Spring
It was a .44 Bisley. Now a .255 Banshee 8-shot fun gun. My favored bullet is the 75 gr. SPEER JFP made special for the .25-20 Win. My cast bullets are a discontinued RanchDog mold, 80 gr. FPGC. I can get it up to normal rifle speeds from the revolver too. My revolver velocity usually runs 1500-1700 fps in the wheelgun. It makes quite the crack too, no recoil of course.
I also have a TC barrel in both .255 and .240 Banshee. The performance jump almost makes it a different cartridge, at least a 400 fps gain over the revolver. So much fun for only 13 grains of propellant in the modified Hornet case. The speed gives a very respectable trajectory too.
