that are hard to open we have help for you. For over 40 years we have been doing full action jobs on TC barrels. Some barrels are extremely hard to open but we have been doing action jobs on TCs for many years and are still doing so. The average action job is running the same that it always has been, at $195 plus the shipping back. We will need both the barrel and frame to do the action job.
