I've handled those chassis rigs at HHC. They look very big but are not anywhere in the BFR class. They heft much like the old discontinued Ruger Maximums, basically like a standard Blackhawk, but much more special. There is a bit of balance shift that hits the sweet spot you didn't know the factory guns missed. Until you pick up one of these customs. They encompass many subtle changes that all come together in a package you cannot get anywhere else. GNR has not increased his prices much at all. If you have not noticed, the prices of factory guns, and that the dollar is about half the value it was 5 yrs. ago. These are super values and investments in my opinion. Picking up one is unlike anything you've experienced.
