I Am In Phoenix For A Couple Days

visiting family. Spent a few days in Tucson visiting with Paco. He is doing well ... 85 now. We spent time recalling old adventures, looking at guns and telling stories. I was able to get up to Oracle and meet old friends from our days there.

Drove up to Phoenix by going up through Winkleman and Kearney, Superior and Apache Junction. I bet it has been 40 years since I drove that! Hasn't changed all that much.

If I were younger I would be living in some of that country. I especially miss living in the mountains.

We spent Memorial Day with family and had a nice group. I will be heading back to Texas in a couple days.

Y'all stay well. Those of you going to Africa, I wish I were going with you. Enjoy your time there and get some good photos for all of us here.
