kept his head and made the shot!

I read a story of a guy who went on a Moose hunt in Alaska and had a similar close encounter with a moose. He made the shot but when it was over he just collapsed on the ground and said he could barely move for quite some time.

Closest I ever came to it was at the HHC I attended about 10 years ago. A hog came out of the brush just a few feet away. I shot it in the top of the head at arms length. I got more excited later when I saw the photos and just how close the thing was to me.
