Not sure where to put this but there's probably not a wrong place. I just got off the phone with Dot Taffin & she gave me an update on John and also permission to pass along some in-formation about John's condition.
John has some cancer on one of his kidneys, but before they can take care of that he also has a heart problem & they have to address that first. So he will have heart surgery on the last day of the month to repair a valve, then they will take care of the kidney. Dot was upbeat because she always is & even though she has some health problems of her own she's
hanging in there.

Now, one other thing Dot allowed me to talk about, and all of you are going to love this, there is going to be a John Taffin dual cylinder Ruger 45 colt, 45 acp produced by the end of the year. She told me it would be a stainless flat top in 4 3/4" & also 5.5" barrel length & would be the "Perfect Packing Pistol" Yippee!
I think I've covered everything she told me so save your aluminum can money boys, this one is going to be special!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Prayers for John Taffin!!!!
