Here is the 4th gun from that estate

This gun is one that I consider the perfect rifle. It had it all until Ruger dropped it.
It is the Ruger model 77. The original has the hard nylon stock that weather didn't bother. It was light and handy. it was also accurate.
Ruger also made it in some interesting calibers like 17 HMR. And that is what this next rifle is, the 77/17. For varmint and small game hunters this was the perfect rifle. Unfortunately Ruger dropped it. So they are going for insane prices now. This 77/17 is pretty much like new. It looks like it just came out of the box. The Reeder Clan has a couple of these rifles in 22 LR and 22 Magnum, the 77/22 and have been offered high dollar for them. But these are guns to hang on to.
This 77/17 has a nice scope for longer shots that always seem to crop up. All in all the gun looks like new. Book value on it is $750 to $795. And that doesn't include the scope. We have the gun priced at $695.
