In the future. It might be the “Half-breed” modified medium framed perfect packing pistol. Elmer thought it was done in 1927 but here we are. I had the pleasure to closely examine two versions and truly consider their origins. I brought along my 1903 Colt Bisley just for this comparison. The stainless is .44 Spec. Blued is .45 Colt and a touch lighter. Both have a unique feel and balance, I simply lack the ability to adequately describe. They point perfectly, the sights fall right in, hammer and trigger perfectly within reach. The grip at the back strap is perfectly proportioned to eliminate the feel of recoil, yet is not bulky at all. It’s not like anything else out there. Really.
Top is Marco’s, bottom is Ray’s.

Possibly one of the most sought and rare Reeder’s
