1...just a bunch of parts, a rough out barrel is fit and the first shooting. If all works, install new barrel.

2. rough out the new gripframe..start the new grips

3. fit the gripframe better and fit the grips better
4. do a bit of engraving to keep Uncle Sam happy
5. fit the cylinder better, check timing
6. put all parts in the gun again and check for any rough trigger pulls. Make sure all is smooth. Do the final test firing.
7. Take the gun apart again and do the satin Vapor Hone to all parts.
8. Do the prep for the Black Chromex finish
9 Do the Black Chromex finish and the final test firing.
10. Box up and send to customer.
