Here is the 3rd gun from that estate this morning

This one is a Ruger Single Six Convertible. It's a 22 LR and 22 Magnum dual cylinder gun with a 5½" barrel. The 22 Magnum cylinder is in the gun and the 22 LR cylinder is in the blue bag. This gun is about as near new as possible. The only thing that tells it's age is the grips that are a dark brown like they were back in the '70s and '80s but even the grips are about mint with no scratches or dings.
Anyway this is a good one and you seldom see one of the convertible models that isn't beat up.

The old timers these days all say the older Rugers are the better made guns. Whether that is true or not doesn't really matter. Whether you are a back packer or small game hunter this is your baby. This is in great condition and at a good price and it won't last long at $595.
