Not animal hunting but so related around here...

This is the result of some Yo-Yo and tree branch line fishing on the St. Francis river here in AR. This young fellow works for us and is a truly nice guy. He had a good and fruitful time this past weekend. The big fish he’s close to is 62 lbs. They will be eating good for a long time. Fish-fry’s are a traditional southern gathering opportunity. I think in lieu of a funeral, I’ll sponsor a fish fry in my honor. If the Lord tarries in his return. Lol Good friends, food, maybe some music, always a memorable good time.

The Turtles, (they snagged 3) are an occupational hazard, and are protected. You must haul them in and un-hook them carefully. An understatement. This little fellow should be about 50-75 yrs. old based upon his size. Give or take a decade.

No matter the dire times we live in, these boys will not go hungry.
