In shotgunning fancier guns sport enhanced features

The next level is a single trigger, selective feature (which barrel you want to fire first), ejectors for spent hulls, fancy wood or engraving etc. Tons of shotguns today are made in Turkey. Including CZ, SKB, Savage, Mossberg, O/U semi-autos and many more.

Good old field guns are categorized in box lock (cheaper - common frame with two mechanical hammers) or Sidelock. Sidelocks are generally really fancy as they are literally two different mechanisms independent of each other. Lots of double rifles are like that. If one fails the other should still work. Most field guns have two triggers. You can choose a farther shooting choke or closer one by choosing which trigger to pull. It's very fast and always the back trigger is the tighter choke on a fixed choke gun.

Not a thing wrong with a double trigger gun. It just denotes a more purposeful tool type rig rather than a fancied up gun. Which you can spy from across the room. Engraving seldom helps one shoot better.
