in Australia on a donkey hunt. Actually a really good steak. On the way back I had Wallaby steaks (miniature Kangaroo). I told the waiter that we had been on a donkey hunt. He made a snide remark that I probably wanted a piece of ass steak.
He was probably right!

So there are Kangaroos in Arkansas! He even has some albino ones! They look cute but I hear they can disembowel you fast with those feet and claws. Cute until they are not! I figure these are pretty tame except with fighting among themselves over the ladies.
One got stuck in the fence and I stopped to help him, about the time it got free. It was not trying to bite or kick him. NO clue what he's doing with them. They raise chickens, huge million dollar chicken house operations.
If he slaughters any for steaks, grab a few. They

are some good eating. The hide is good too. I have a set of boots I bought in Australia made of Kangaroo hide. They are good boots but when I wear them I have a tendency to jump around a lot and kick people in the knee.

we hunted them and Possums at night with spot lights and 22 Magnum rifles. The Possums are not our O'Possums. Totally different breed. Their fur comes in different colors and is a big part of their economy.

The Wallaby is like a miniature Kangaroo and is good eating.
