I am really not a fan of adjustable gas blocks

I really only see the purpose for them when you are using a suppressor. If i was going to get one tho I would find one with a lever that has 2 or 3 settings and not the allen screw models. I've seen the screws back out and stop a gun from working. I would also stay away from the gas blocks with rails on them having things attached to your gas block is not really the best idea unless it's pinned in place and most of those are just factory designs. Get a standard low profile gas block and a free float handguard and run your sights on the handguard. You will get better results.
