I saw an old dog I was interested in. A reblue

But the serial on the underside of the main frame and all barrel markings are polished off. It has potential and genuinely looks to all be 120+ yr. old parts. Plus it’s a .32-20 which is the least desirable SAA caliber for collector interest. Needed internal work too, hand, maybe a locking bolt. Like I said an old dog that needed rescue, and money spent. A re-barrel with original Gen 1 part and the cylinder re-chambered to .44 would not be a sacrilege.

I’m a sucker for those. For the price of three good Italian shooters you could have a reworked original!
