Our moods and fears are generally just chemistry, positive or negative charged electrons. You got to get out and enjoy life, friends, pet a dog, let a cat nap in your lap, read a book, cook you some good food, pet a goat if you can. Love other folks and yourself. If you don’t know much about the Jesus remark, it’s a fantastic time for people to research that for themselves. I believe it’s all literally true, I’m betting everything on it. Enjoy the life we are given, it’s not guaranteed, and has an expiration. Set a positive example for others, be their light in a dim age.
