Sounds simple enough. A rechamber with a straight reamer and a new .475" barrel and sight. Lots of work though, cutting, threading, front sight, screw for ejector, crowning, refinishing. Lots more than meets the eye.

Besides a modernized .476 Eley, I still think it would make a fine 10-15 yd. little scattergun. Probably beat the current revolver .410s with full cylinder length cartridges.

He is KDM CANS (suppressors) http://kdmcans.com/ He was one of the original guys who helped bring the 480 Achilles into existence. Gary did the rebarrel - rechambering. John did the rust blueing. Tedd Adamovich made the Burl Maple one-piece grips.
