Wyoming has released 90 Kangaroos in the Casper

area. They say it will be a great tourist attraction and also a new game for hunters. I've got news for them. Hunting Kangaroos isn't that easy and if you wound one don't go up to it to check it out. Charlie Herf and I along with a couple of other friends hunted Australia a few years back and got to try our luck with hunting Kangaroos. We had Kangaroo steak too which was actually really good.
The next year we went to New Zealand and hunted Wallabys which are just small kangaroos. Like the Kangaroos the Wallaby steaks were good eating.

Also one of Australia's
prime game animals is wild donkeys. These are about the size of a mule and are stinking critters.
I shot quite a few wild donkeys which weren't good eating. I guess once I got past the smell the donkey might have been good eating.....maybe.

But back to the Kangaroos in Wyoming. Not sure when or if they will start hunting them but I can visualize an HHC in Wyoming.
